The Software Engineer will join a senior team focused on modernizing an existing data tracking and metrics system, with primary responsibility for user interface and user experience development. This role emphasizes designing highly usable, intuitive, and efficient interfaces while applying established UI/UX best practices and principles. The engineer will collaborate closely with development teams to enhance usability, resolve design challenges, and deliver mission-focused user experiences.
