Position Overview

The selected candidate will serve as a Full-Stack Developer supporting a mission-focused team responsible for developing custom applications, data-driven tools, and workflow automation solutions. This role operates in a dynamic environment where the primary objective is to deliver practical, user-focused capabilities that address real-world operational challenges.

The candidate will work directly with end users and stakeholders to identify gaps, develop solutions, and deploy tools that enhance mission effectiveness, improve data visibility, and streamline workflows.


Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting mission requirements
  • Develop scripts and analytics to extract insights from complex and disparate data sources
  • Build scalable backend services and modern, user-friendly frontend interfaces

Data Integration & Engineering

  • Aggregate, transform, and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and repositories
  • Develop solutions that enable efficient querying, analysis, and visualization of data
  • Ensure secure and compliant handling of data across systems

User Engagement & Requirements Development

  • Engage directly with end users to gather requirements and refine solutions
  • Translate operational needs into functional, scalable technical implementations
  • Iterate rapidly based on feedback to improve usability and effectiveness

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to share expertise and best practices
  • Leverage existing tools and frameworks to avoid duplication of effort
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or additional experience in lieu of degree)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python and JavaScript for full-stack application development and analytics
  • Experience querying and manipulating data from enterprise databases and data repositories
  • Strong experience working in Linux-based environments
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and standard development workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with users in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-assisted software development tools or workflows
  • Familiarity with agent-based or AI-driven development frameworks
  • Knowledge of signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis systems
  • Experience supporting operational CNO capabilities and environments
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
