Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers / Cannabis Harvesters to assist with the upcoming cannabis harvest season in Coleman, Michigan. This is a temporary seasonal opportunity running approximately September 15 through November 15.

The ideal candidate has previous cannabis industry or harvesting experience, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with harvesting cannabis plants
• Cut, handle, and transport harvested plants and plant material
• Assist with trimming, bucking, sorting, and other post-harvest activities as needed
• Prepare and maintain harvest work areas
• Follow proper procedures for handling cannabis products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Perform general labor duties associated with cultivation and harvesting
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable cannabis regulations
• Work efficiently as part of a harvest team
• Complete other duties as assigned during the harvest season

Qualifications

• Previous cannabis experience preferred
• Previous harvesting, cultivation, agricultural, or general labor experience is a plus
• Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance throughout the harvest season
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to the Coleman, MI area
• Must meet all applicable requirements for employment within Michigan's cannabis industry

Compensation & Duration

$20.00 per hour

This is a seasonal position anticipated to run from September 15 through November 15. Candidates who can commit to the full harvest period are preferred.
