An opportunity is available for an experienced Signals Analyst – Level 4 to support advanced signals intelligence (SIGINT) analysis efforts. This role is ideal for a senior analyst with demonstrated leadership capabilities and deep expertise in CASA-related tools and workflows.
The selected candidate will play a key role in mentoring junior analysts, guiding mission execution, and supporting operational excellence in SIGINT processing and analysis.
Annual Salary Range: $158,000 – $187,000 (USD)
Does not include discretionary bonuses or benefits package
Final compensation will be based on experience, education, location, and overall qualifications
Perform complex signals analysis, with an emphasis on CASA systems and workflows
Provide mentoring, training, and technical leadership to junior analysts
Contribute to mission-critical intelligence production and reporting
Leverage advanced tools and methods to evaluate communication signals
Ensure adherence to legal, policy, and operational guidelines in all analytic activities
Demonstrated experience in CASA environments
Strong leadership and mentoring skills within SIGINT or intelligence operations
Extensive background in signals analysis, including bitstream, waveform, and protocol-level work
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field and 11 years of relevant experience
Associate’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED and 15 years of relevant experience
Master’s or Doctoral degree may be substituted for some experience
Relevant experience must be in signals analysis, with preference for backgrounds in communications signals, network analysis, or SIGINT mission systems.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this role.
