A mission-focused organization is seeking a Level 2 Exploitation Analyst (EA) to support advanced cyber operations and intelligence analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber operations, and will contribute to the development and execution of technical exploitation strategies.
An active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
Analyze adversary networks and cyber capabilities to develop and refine exploitation plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including government, military, and civilian personnel to support mission objectives.
Apply critical thinking and technical expertise to assess data, identify exploitation opportunities, and adapt operational plans in real time.
Use various analysis techniques and tools to merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot across datasets.
Document findings clearly and share insights—including newly developed tradecraft—with stakeholders and analysts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, protocols, and cyber tactics.
Education & Experience:
Candidate must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
PhD + 2 years of relevant experience
Master’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience
Associate’s degree + 7 years of relevant experience

Alternate Qualification Path:
18 semester hours of military coursework in networking, cyber, or computer science may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
Completion of the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) or similar military training (24 weeks = 6 months of experience) will be considered toward experience requirements.
Relevant experience may include:
Computer or information systems design, development, or analysis
Engineering hardware/software
Programming
Network or system administration
Penetration testing or vulnerability analysis
Computer forensics or information assurance
Base Salary Range: $123,000 – $146,000 (USD)
This range does not include any discretionary bonuses or benefits.
Actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skill level, and location.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to be considered.
