Salary Range: $130,000 – $154,000 (USD)

A highly cleared Enterprise Service Engineer is needed to support the design, implementation, and management of large-scale IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions. This role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to interface directly with clients to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, collaborating across teams to ensure high-performance, compliant, and forward-leaning enterprise services.
Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure services and interoperability
Support enterprise-level IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions
Work closely with clients to ensure their infrastructure needs are met and optimized
Document best practices, procedures, and contribute to internal knowledge bases
Collaborate with other engineers and Technical Account Managers to deliver cohesive enterprise support
Provide on-site client support at multiple locations as needed
Identify and recommend enhancements for stability, performance, and compliance
Ensure client environments meet risk and compliance requirements
Assist in IT asset management and strategic planning
Maintain technical currency in evolving cloud and infrastructure technologies
Active TS/SCI clearance
Strong background in Azure-based enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud design
Proficiency in systems administration and troubleshooting across:
Windows, Linux, Solaris, UNIX, or AIX platforms
Familiarity with:
SharePoint metadata and application data fields
Active Directory, Exchange, and database integrations
Knowledge of physical and virtual hosting environments
Proven ability to solve complex problems independently or collaboratively
Effective communication skills—verbal and written—for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in a team-based support or consulting environment
Current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level III certification (e.g., CASP) – Required
Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships

Experience supporting enterprise risk management and compliance objectives
Strong documentation and process improvement abilities
Familiarity with IT asset management best practices
