Location Area: Cadillac, Clare, Harrison, Mt. Pleasant, Midland and surrounding areas

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging in collaborative in-person meetings and events.

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between exceptional candidates and rewarding opportunities. You will:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver top-tier candidates.
Develop and maintain strong pipelines of cleared and non-cleared technical talent.
Craft engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract diverse candidates.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing strategies.
Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring an excellent experience.
Collaborate with the team on process improvements and talent strategy initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with ChatGPT
