 What You’ll Do

As a CNC Machinist, you'll be a key part of our production team. You’ll set up, operate, and (depending on your level) program CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to manufacture high-precision parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders).

• Program machines using G-code or CAM software (if applicable).

• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure precision and quality.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Who We’re Looking For

Entry-Level CNC Machinists:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn CNC operation.

• Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Mid-Level CNC Machinists:

• 2–5 years of CNC machining experience.

• Ability to set up and run CNC equipment independently.

• Familiarity with G-code and blueprint reading.

• Experience troubleshooting machine issues and inspecting parts.

Senior CNC Machinists:

• 5+ years in a CNC Machinist role.

• Advanced setup and programming skills.

• Experience with complex parts and tight tolerances.

• Proven success optimizing production processes.

• Mentorship or leadership experience is a plus.
