The Certified Wildlife Specialist – Sales is responsible for conducting inspections, diagnosing animal issues, and providing homeowners with customized solutions to remove nuisance wildlife and prevent future problems. You'll create tailored proposals, close deals, and drive customer satisfaction—all while earning a competitive base salary PLUS commission.
Conduct detailed home inspections (including roofs and attics) to identify wildlife issues and future risk areas.
Present solutions, pricing, and detailed plans to prospective customers.
Close deals and collect deposits/final payments.
Capture inspection photos and maintain detailed notes in ServiceBridge.
Attend sales meetings, ongoing training, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Work closely with customers to understand and address their needs.
Communicate inspection findings and offer consultative sales recommendations.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through expert service and support.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, estimates, and client communications.
Safely operate company vehicles, ladders, and specialized equipment.
Uphold high safety standards and company protocols.
Required:
Minimum 2 years of successful experience in B2C sales (business-to-consumer).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Physical ability to work from ladders, roofs, attics, and crawl spaces.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Comfortable handling wildlife and working in environmental conditions.
Preferred:
Previous experience in residential sales, home services sales, or field sales roles.
Basic construction knowledge.
High school diploma or GED required.
Primarily local travel; field-based inspections.
Exposure to outdoor elements, heights, confined spaces, and occasional pesticide handling (training provided).
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and ladder use.
Earning potential: $80,000–$90,000+ in your first year (Base + Commission).
