As a Certified Wildlife Specialist – Sales, you’ll work directly with prospective clients to inspect their homes, diagnose wildlife intrusion issues, and recommend expert removal and prevention solutions. This is a unique outside sales role that combines customer interaction, home inspection, and sales strategy—with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to career growth.

Sales & Home Inspections
Work directly with inbound leads—no cold prospecting
Inspect residential properties (attics, roofs, crawlspaces) for signs of wildlife entry
Take detailed notes and photographs using ServiceBridge software
Educate homeowners on findings and provide comprehensive, solution-based quotes
Present services confidently, handle objections, and close sales
Collect deposits and final payments on-site
Attend regular sales training and meetings to stay sharp and informed
Customer Experience
Deliver outstanding customer service from consultation through close
Answer customer questions and guide them through the decision-making process
Act as a trusted advisor—offering peace of mind with your professional recommendations
Required:
2+ years of B2C or in-home sales experience preferred
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
Physical ability to work in attics, on ladders, and in crawlspaces
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred:
Prior experience as an Outside Sales Rep, Sales Consultant, Field Sales Rep, or Home Services Sales Professional
Basic knowledge of construction, roofing, or home inspections
High school diploma or GED
Experience with CRM or mobile field service apps (ServiceBridge a plus)
Comfort working around or handling wildlife (training provided)
Local travel to customer homes around Lansing
Regular use of ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, and attics
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
Driving and standing for extended periods
Occasional pesticide handling (with full protective gear provided)
Base salary + commission with unlimited earning potential
