Join our team as a Wildlife Repair Technician and put your construction, handyman, roofing, or exterior repair skills to work in a unique and rewarding field. We're hiring experienced professionals ready to transition from traditional construction jobs into a growing industry focused on wildlife removal, structural exclusion, and property repair.
As a Wildlife Repair Technician, you'll handle hands-on fieldwork, including wildlife removal, structural remediation, and sealing/repairing homes and commercial properties to prevent future animal entry. You'll work both independently and on a team and will have opportunities to lead and mentor junior technicians.

Use your construction and repair skills to remove wildlife and secure buildings
Perform caulking, sealing, minor roofing, siding, and crawl space repairs
Document jobs using our mobile app (Service Bridge) with photos and notes
Keep job sites and vehicles clean, organized, and safe
Mentor Tech 2 teammates in safety and best practices

Represent our company professionally on-site
Answer basic customer questions and provide friendly, helpful service
Maintain a clean, professional appearance—your truck and your tools included!
2+ years in construction, roofing, or handyman-type roles preferred
Must be comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and ladder work
Familiar with power tools (drills, saws, caulk guns, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug test (including marijuana)
Excellent time management, detail orientation, and customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
