Job Summary:

As a Wildlife Repair Technician, you'll handle hands-on fieldwork, including wildlife removal, structural remediation, and sealing/repairing homes and commercial properties to prevent future animal entry. You'll work both independently and on a team and will have opportunities to lead and mentor junior technicians.

What You’ll Do:

đź›  Hands-On Field Work (90%)

  • Use your construction and repair skills to remove wildlife and secure buildings

  • Perform caulking, sealing, minor roofing, siding, and crawl space repairs

  • Document jobs using our mobile app (Service Bridge) with photos and notes

  • Keep job sites and vehicles clean, organized, and safe

  • Mentor Tech 2 teammates in safety and best practices

đź’¬ Customer Service (10%)

  • Represent our company professionally on-site

  • Answer basic customer questions and provide friendly, helpful service

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance—your truck and your tools included!


Requirements:

  • 2+ years in construction, roofing, or handyman-type roles preferred

  • Must be comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and ladder work

  • Familiar with power tools (drills, saws, caulk guns, etc.)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must pass background check and drug test (including marijuana)

  • Excellent time management, detail orientation, and customer service skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team


Training Provided (Fully Paid):

  • NWCOA Structural Bat Management Professional

  • NWCOA Bird Management Professional

  • Learning Zen Tech 1 Path

  • Ladder Safety, PPE, Job Site Safety Protocols
