We’re looking for a Home Construction Supervisor with experience in Prefabrication Structures to lead a talented crew and ensure the successful completion of residential construction projects.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barn construction (prefabrication), home construction, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Home Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage and direct subcontractors, vendors, and construction workers.

• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and address any delays or issues promptly.

• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns.

• Monitor and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide guidance to ensure adherence to construction plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, prefabrication structures required.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
